Located in Bohol, Philippines, this private luxury villa perched on a cliff fills all your heart’s desires when it comes to a private luxury tropical getaway. The villa features 5 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and private balconies. One of the bedrooms is located poolside, offering beautiful unobstructed views of the marine sanctuary.

Fully staffed, you won’t have to lift a finger to enjoy your holiday at the villa as housekeepers, a private chef, and a villa manager are at your disposal. Daily breakfast is served, while an ala carte menu of Asian and Western dishes are to your choosing. Special dietary requirements and special meals for kids can also be arranged with the chef.

With an expansive manicured garden, events can be enjoyed at the property. A small, intimate party can be arranged for a maximum group of 25 guests, while a lavish occasion such as a wedding can also be held at the villa. A maximum of 100 guests can be accommodated, allowing you to hold memorable events in your very own private estate.

An infinity pool is located on the edge of the property facing the sea, creating the centerpiece of the villa, where the sea meets the edge of the pool. If you wish to swim in the sea or do some snorkeling, you’ll only need to go down a few steps through the property’s private access to the marine sanctuary, where the waters are crystal clear and marine life is abundant. Snorkeling gear and life jackets are available at the villa.

With an open plan living concept, the villa’s indoors are just as beautiful as its location and surroundings. A large lounge area with formal dining and bar, as well as a TV room are found on the main floor, while the bedrooms are found on different levels.
