A queen bed and two single beds on the loft can be found, with the lower level only steps away from the villa’s 20-meter lapping pool. Having a palette of warm colors, and two open-air structures featuring thatched roofs, The Beach Villa 1 evokes a lively and welcoming atmosphere that gives you a genuine tropical experience. Hardwood floors are featured in each bedroom, while hand-finished furniture and artwork sourced from local artisans adorn the villa’s interiors.
Two open-air thatched-roof structures are placed to the front of the villa, taking in the warm breeze from the private beach directly in front of the property, allowing you to enjoy al fresco dining beside the pool. While you enjoy a day under the sun with your loved ones, you won’t have to worry about food and excursions outside the villa since a team of staff and a private chef are on-hand to make sure your stay is truly the best holiday that you deserve. An on-hand menu is available but you can also make special requests and arrangements as you wish.
For a unique experience, a 50-foot catamaran is available for rent, where you can hop on and jump from one island or beach to another. Camotes Island, which can be viewed from the villa on a clear day, is a popular island-hopping sailing stop, while the islands of Malapascua, San Remigio, and Bantayan are also possible stops.
